Hamilton group study rooms may only be used for two or more students at all times.

Study room check out. Please follow us. The study rooms are limited due to social distancing. Due to the situation with covid 19 all events through april 30 2020 have been canceled.

Students campus departments and off campus groups sponsoring nonprofit events can use the student centers at an economical rate. Use our online tool to book study rooms our libraries. Temporarily closed there are two presentation practice rooms located in hamilton library s addition that can be reserved by university of hawaii at manoa students. Uh libraries will aim to transform how students faculty and the community are able to use library spaces to discover interact and create knowledge.

A reservation request form and a policy waiver request form indicating why more than 6 months is needed to plan the event must be completed and emailed to cars uh edu for consideration. You will be asked to leave if you are using the room alone. All final decisions regarding these requests are at the discretion of the student centers director. All set up information should be included with the reservation request.

The majority of cars staff are working remotely and can be reached at cars uh edu or during regular business hours via phone. Initiatives develop creative spaces that enable interdisciplinary learning and research through hands on experiences in research conception design visualization and creation. Students currently enrolled at the uh main campus may check out study rooms on a first come first serve basis through the student centers information center. Non profit organizations companies groups or individuals requesting to reserve spaces for non university related events. Each room includes a computer with microsoft office an lcd projector screen white board and worktable with chairs. Study rooms require a minimum of 3 and maximum of 10 students. Assistance or questions regarding room set up layout should be directed to reservations bauer uh edu.

Maximum room capacity equals the number of chairs in a room 4 8. Some are open 24 7 and available without reservations including days and hours when the library is closed on those days enter the building through the uhd police department entrance on girard street.
